Returns

Returns Policy 

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Defective Returns

  • Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Must be requested within 90 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs

Condition & Inspection

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to:

  • Deny returns
  • Issue partial refunds

If items show signs of use, installation, or damage.

Freight Damage vs. Manufacturer Defect

  • Freight Damage: Must be noted with the carrier at delivery. Failure to do so may result in claim denial.
  • Manufacturer Defect: Covered by replacement at no cost, including shipping.

Required Documentation

  • Serial numbers (if applicable)
  • Clear photos of issue

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after inspection.
