Returns Policy
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-Defective Returns
- Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Must be requested within 90 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs
Condition & Inspection
All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to:
- Deny returns
- Issue partial refunds
If items show signs of use, installation, or damage.
Freight Damage vs. Manufacturer Defect
- Freight Damage: Must be noted with the carrier at delivery. Failure to do so may result in claim denial.
- Manufacturer Defect: Covered by replacement at no cost, including shipping.
Required Documentation
- Serial numbers (if applicable)
- Clear photos of issue

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after inspection.
