Shipping Policy
United Skid Tracks Canada ships to customers across Canada and internationally where applicable. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.
Order Processing & Shipping Estimates
When you place an order, shipping and delivery estimates are provided based on:
- Product availability
- Shipping method selected
- Carrier transit times
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Product weights can be found on individual product pages.
All shipment weights are rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier pricing standards.
Canadian Shipping Timeframes
Typical delivery times within Canada are as follows:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2–3 business days
- British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & other provinces: 1–5 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on location, carrier availability, and transit conditions.
Remote & Rural Deliveries
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. Some shipments may also be subject to:
- Limited carrier availability
- Additional handling time
- Freight carrier scheduling
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, United Skid Tracks Canada is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international shipments)
- Unforeseen logistical issues
Freight Shipments
Large or heavy items may ship via LTL freight carriers. For freight deliveries:
- A valid contact number is required for delivery scheduling
- Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment
- Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries or re-delivery requests
